Welcome to my website. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a private practice in Manhattan, New York. A guiding principle of my work is that each person I work with feels validated and understood, and my care is infused with warmth and compassion. I also utilize techniques and interventions that have been proven to be effective in treating an array of problems. Each person is unique, and no set of symptoms are exactly the same. As such, I work collaboratively with each client to ensure they are receiving the appropriate level of care to address their constellation of symptoms. I am comfortable working from a variety of different theoretical approaches, and I strive to match each client with the approach that is most suitable for them.

Asking for help can feel scary and overwhelming. We may have even found ways to cope and manage the discomfort for some period of time. Yet if we are able to summon the courage to share our pain with someone who will listen wholeheartedly to our story, the relief of being heard and understood can start the journey towards healing.
